Time frame

The incorporation and registration process takes about 10 working days, from the time of the incoming payment of the shared capital.

  • Any documents with Apostille and/or translation

  8. Rest payment of our fees
  9. Notary meeting
  10. Deposit all documents > commercial register
  11. Registration within the commercial registers
  12. Handover of all documents to you
