Dmitry Kucheryuk, FCCA, ICPAC, AIA

Director – Eltoma Corporate Services – Cyprus

Dmitry Kucheryuk is a financial professional qualified as a Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and Economist with strong experience gained in the complex emerging market environment of Eastern Europe. He has worked on supervisory and managerial positions for 10 years with world-class companies. Industry range covered from Accounting and Audit with Coopers & Lybrand, FMCG with Gillette and Pepsi, Telecommunications with PlanetSky, Oil and Gas with Shell to strategic management and corporate finance advisory with Eltoma Corporate Services.

Dmitry has special knowledge and comprehensive practicable experience in the areas of financial reporting (US GAAP, IAS and RAS), international tax planning and legal restructuring of groups, forecasting, budgeting and budgetary control, management information reporting (in-depth and helicopter view); business processes improvement and reengineering, financial performance appraisal, internal control (policies and procedures) and audit; treasury, raising trade finance for distributors, credit management; people, project management and strategic management and corporate finance advisory.

Dmitry resides in the beautiful village of Episkopi in Limassol, Cyprus with his 2 children and wife.

Rimma Borovik

Office Manager – Eltoma Corporate Services – Singapore

In 2006, Rimma Borovik assumed responsibility for the incorporation and maintenance of legal entities department of the Eltoma Corporate Service’s Cyprus head office. Since then Rimma led the offshore incorporation and maintenance department in Cyprus until 2011. In July 2011, she relocated from Cyprus to Singapore to become the Singapore office manager.

A native of Russia, Rimma graduated with honours from Saint-Petersburg University of Technology and Design with a major in accounting and finance. Prior to joining Eltoma she worked as a chief accountant in Saint-Petersburg. She currently is a student of SAICSA in Singapore.

Lucy Lamb, BA, PGDip

Office Manager – Eltoma Corporate Services – Cyprus

Lucy Lamb began her career with Eltoma in 2010 heading the Sales and Marketing Department. After having successfully built up the department she was promoted to Cyprus Office Manager and now oversees all of the departments within the office. She is involved in all the daily business dealings and maintains regular contact with Eltoma’s partners and clients throughout the world.

Prior to joining Eltoma, Lucy graduated from Leicester University in 1996 and worked primarily in the telecommunications sector for companies such as NTL, Orange SA / France Telecom, Western Wireless Corporation, Nokia and Ericsson. She worked as a Management Consultant/Project Manager specializing in the establishment of mobile communication networks and was involved in major roll-out projects in the UK, Switzerland, Slovenia, Holland and Turkey. Lucy specialized in strategic management including the implementation and development of internal control policies and procedures, program management and logistics.

Maxim Makarov, PhD

Director – Eltoma Corporate Services – Russia

Maxim Makarov is the Director of the Moscow office for Eltoma Corporate Services. He is responsible for the development of new products for the Russian speaking market, Russian tax planning and advice, raising trade finance for Russian businesses and the integration of Russian legal entities into international holding structures.

A Moscow native, Maxim went on to get his degree in Russian taxation. He completed his PhD in Russian tax planning and optimisation from Moscow State University of Statistics and Informatics. His prior work experience includes working on key tax planning positions as tax manager for a Russian investment company, Rosbuilding, tax advisor at the biggest Russian car retailer, Avotmir, and also as finance director for the leading notebook distributor, Nexus. Maxim also has experience lecturing about information systems in taxation and conducting research work on taxation of holding structures.

George Demetriou, BA, MSc

Accounting Manager – Eltoma Corporate Services – Cyprus

George Demetriou is the Manager of the Accounting Department at Eltoma Corporate Services. Graduating from St. Francis College in the USA with a BA degree in Economics. George then completed an MSc in Finance from Lancaster University Management School (LUMS) in 2003.

George has previously held a number of book keeping positions. Prior to joining Eltoma he worked for four years as Financial Controller for a Telecommunications Company in Cyprus. George specialises in Cyprus Taxation and Compliance and is currently studying the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Program.

Maria Aresti, LLB

Legal Services – Eltoma Corporate Services – Cyprus

Maria has completed a 4 year law degree. For the past year Maria has been involved in administrating the formation of companies, opening of bank accounts, preparation of different legal agreements for clients and partners and providing a legal opinion on the formation of structures with regards to companies. Maria’s new focus will be to render legal services and advice. Please refer to the legal services section of our website for more information about these services.

Chris Papadopoulos, BSc

Sales & Marketing Supervisor – Eltoma Corporate Services – Cyprus

Chris Papadopoulos is originally from the USA. He studied at Florida State University graduating in 2004 with a BSc in Finance. After graduation Chris worked as a District Manager for Vector Marketing Corporation in the recruitment, training and development of sales managers in order to increase sales throughout the state of Rhode Island and also Southern Massachusetts. Prior to relocating to Cyprus in 2010, Chris worked for four years as an Insurance Account Representative for State Farm Insurance Company and was licensed to write Life, Health and Property & Casualty insurance.

In 2011 Eltoma brought Chris onto the team. He is currently responsible for leading the Sales & Marketing Department in expanding the partner network for Eltoma throughout Europe and other parts of the world. In addition to this focus he plays a large part in organizing the systems and procedures for his department, executing marketing campaigns and new product development.
